I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master’s Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) with a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment. I’ve spent years working in crisis services and residential programs, helping individuals, children, and families navigate some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Along the way, I’ve supported people in building stability, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier ways to cope.

I’m especially passionate about helping those managing substance use and persistent mental health challenges. I use practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, while always tailoring sessions to meet you where you are. Whether you’re feeling ready to make changes or just starting to explore your options, that’s okay—there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing.

I believe therapy should feel safe, real, and supportive—not overwhelming or judgmental. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your decisions, and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life. No matter what you’re facing, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
