I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master’s Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), and EMDR trained therapist with a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment. I’ve spent years working in crisis services and residential programs, helping individuals, children, and families navigate some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Along the way, I’ve supported people in building stability, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier ways to cope.

I’m especially passionate about helping those managing substance use and persistent mental health challenges.
